We know that an important part of that experience is having the confidence to buy the cards you want without worrying about price changes due to bans and reprints. This is why we are happy to announce our Ban and Reprint Protection Policy!

If you purchase singles from us that are banned or reprinted within 30 days of your purchase date, you may return them for a full refund in store credit for up to 30 days following that ban or reprint announcement.

Please note that we will only accept up to 4 copies of any given card name from any given customer.

Please include the Order ID number and the email address associated with the order so that we can easily identify your account and issue your refund. Please also keep in mind the following points:

  • Your cards must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered in. If they arrive in worse condition, we will contact you before taking further action.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
  • We are unable to issue a refund for any cards that get lost in the mail, therefore we recommend purchasing insurance to protect against loss. 
If you would like to return cards to us that you purchased at a Grand Prix or at our Game Center, please contact us from the email address associated with your account prior to mailing your cards in. Let us know the date and location of your purchase, your original payment method, the card(s) you will be returning, the quantity, the condition they were purchased in, and the price that you were charged. We will check this against our records in order to confirm your return.
